    Beef Tips and Noodles

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. round steak or venison
    • Flour for dredging
    • Oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 (12-oz.) pkg. broad egg noodles


    Instructions


    1. Cut steak into bite-size pieces. Place flour in large bowl; add meat and toss to coat with flour.

    2. Heat about one-eighth inch oil in heavy skillet. Add steak and brown over medium heat.

    3. Place steak in slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

    4. Mix soup and water in skillet with drippings from the meat; pour over meat in slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

    5. Cook noodles according to package directions; serve with meat mixture.

      Serves 3
