Beef Tips and Noodles

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. round steak or venison
- Flour for dredging
- Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 (12-oz.) pkg. broad egg noodles
Instructions
- Cut steak into bite-size pieces. Place flour in large bowl; add meat and toss to coat with flour.
- Heat about one-eighth inch oil in heavy skillet. Add steak and brown over medium heat.
- Place steak in slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix soup and water in skillet with drippings from the meat; pour over meat in slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
- Cook noodles according to package directions; serve with meat mixture.
