Chocolate Fondue

- 1 stick (½ cup) butter, melted
- 1½ cups sugar
- ¼ cup whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp creme de cocoa
- Six (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate

- 2-quart
Instructions
- Combine butter and sugar in the slow cooker until well mixed. Stir in whipping cream until well blended. Stir in liqueur until well blended. Stir in squares of chocolate.
- Cover and cook on High 30 minutes. Stir well, turn cooker to Low, and cook 2 hours.
- Serve warm from the cooker with angel food or pound cake cut into bite-sized pieces, marshmallows, apple slices, banana chunks and strawberries.
Makes 2½ to 3 cups.
