    Savory Pot Roast

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 pouch dry Onion Soup & Recipe Mix
    • 6 medium potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
    • 6 medium carrots, thickly sliced
    • 3-1/2- to 4-lb. boneless chuck pot roast, trimmed


    Instructions


    1. In slow cooker, mix soup, soup mix, potatoes and carrots. Add roast and turn to coat.

    2. Cover; cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours, until roast and vegetables are done.
