List of Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pouch dry Onion Soup & Recipe Mix
- 6 medium potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 6 medium carrots, thickly sliced
- 3-1/2- to 4-lb. boneless chuck pot roast, trimmed
Instructions
- In slow cooker, mix soup, soup mix, potatoes and carrots. Add roast and turn to coat.
- Cover; cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours, until roast and vegetables are done.
