    Sunday Chicken

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    • 1 Tbsp butter
    • 1/2 soup can of white wine
    • 1 (10-3/4-oz.) can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
    • 3 strips bacon, cooked and cut in 1-inch pieces
    • 1 (2-oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts (bite-sized)
    • 1 Tbsp capers, or more to taste, rinsed and drained
    • Salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Brown chicken breast lightly in butter and place in slow cooker. Whisk wine into soup and pour over chicken. Add bacon, diced artichokes and capers.

    2. Cover and cook 6 hours on LOW, or 4 hours on HIGH. Serve over buttered noodles or rice with salt and pepper.

      Serves 4
