    Swiss Chicken Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 chicken breasts, deboned and skinned
    • 6 slices Swiss cheese
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/4 cup wine
    • 2 cups stuffing mix
    • 1/2 cup butter, melted


    Instructions


    1. Lightly grease crockpot. Place chicken breasts in pot and season. Top with cheese.

    2. Combine soup and wine, stirring well. Spoon over cheese; sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle melted butter over stuffing mix.

    3. Cook on LOW, 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH, 4 to 6 hours.
