    Tangy Pulled Pork Sandwiches

    Recipe Introduction

    "Set the slow cooker early in the morning, and these tender, moist sandwiches will be ready for lunch. They're so comforting, you'll come to rely on the recipe."

    List of Ingredients

    ◦  1 pork tenderloin (1 pound)
    ◦  1 cup ketchup
    ◦  2 Tbsp plus 1½ teaspoons brown sugar
    ◦  2 Tbsp plus 1½ teaspoons cider vinegar
    ◦  1 Tbsp plus 1½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    ◦  1 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
    ◦  ¼ tsp pepper
    ◦  4 rolls or buns, split and toasted

    Recipe

    Cut the tenderloin in half; place in a 3-quart slow cooker.
    Combine the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper; pour over pork.

    Cover and cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours or until meat is tender.

    Remove the meat; shred with two forks. Return to the slow cooker; heat through. Serve on toasted rolls or buns.
