- -- Crust --
- 1 stick butter or margarine, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup finely chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup sugar, optional

- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar

- -- Second Layer --
- 1 (3-oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (3-oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 3 cups milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). Mix the crust ingredients well and smooth over bottom of a cake pan. Bake for about 20 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar. Pour over mixture in the cake pan and chill.
- Mix instant puddings and milk. Pour over first layer and chill. Top with additional Cool Whip.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
