    Chocolate Delight

    List of Ingredients


    • -- Crust --
    • 1 stick butter or margarine, softened to room temperature
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup finely chopped nuts
    • 1/2 cup sugar, optional
    • *
    • -- First Layer --
    • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
    • 1 cup Cool Whip
    • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
    • *
    • -- Second Layer --
    • 1 (3-oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    • 1 (3-oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
    • 3 cups milk


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). Mix the crust ingredients well and smooth over bottom of a cake pan. Bake for about 20 minutes.

    2. Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar. Pour over mixture in the cake pan and chill.

    3. Mix instant puddings and milk. Pour over first layer and chill. Top with additional Cool Whip.

      Makes 8 to 10 servings.
