Frozen Coffee Almond Dessert

List of Ingredients
- 6 almond macaroon cookies
- 6 chocolate graham crackers
- 3 Tbsp rum
- 3 Tbsp Kahlua
- 1 quart coffee ice cream, softened
- 1/2 cup shaved dark chocolate
- 6 ounces whipping cream, whipped
- 1/2 (4 oz.) package sliced almonds, toasted
Instructions
- Crumble the macaroons together with the graham crackers. Mix with the rum and Kahlua in a small bowl. Line the bottom of a small freezer-proof dish with the mixture.
- Layer the ice cream, then the chocolate, then the whipped cream over the macaroons. Sprinkle with the almonds. Freeze at least 2 hours to set.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
