Sauce: Cinnamon Rum Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 pound butter, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp dark rum (Bacardi is recommended)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix on low speed until well blended. Increase mixer speed and continue mixing until volume doubles.
Serve over your favorite hot Dutch apple pie. Top pie and sauce with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
