    Sauce: Cold Chocolate Espresso Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package (8 ounces) chocolate chips
    • 1 cup whipping cream (35% butterfat)
    • 1 Tbsp cold brewed espresso


    Instructions


    1. In the top half of a double boiler over simmering water, stir together chocolate chips, cream and espresso until chocolate is melted. Let cool to room temperature. The sauce is the perfect topping for chocolate, vanilla or coffee ice cream. (Keeps, covered and refrigerated, for up to 3 days.)

      Makes 1-1/2 cups.
