Sauce: Pure Chocolate Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring the cream just to a boil. Remove from the heat and add the chopped chocolate. Let set 1 minute. Stir with a heatproof rubber spatula until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
Serve warm, or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

TO REHEAT:
Place the container in a pot of warm water until the sauce is warm and loose.
