Native American: Easy Corn Pudding

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh corn
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch pepper
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 cups milk
Instructions
- Combine corn, sugar, salt and pepper. Add eggs and mix.
- Add butter to milk; heat until butter is melted.
- Blend the milk with the corn and egg. Put into a baking dish; bake at 325º F for 1 hour, or until knife comes out clean. Refrigerate any leftovers.
