- 1-1/4 cups light or regular mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced, including some of the greens

- Four 1/3- to 1/2-lb. cod fillets
- 1 lemon, cut into 4 wedges
- 1/4 tsp seasoning mixture, such as Mrs. Dash or Nature's Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
- About 1 cup loosely packed grated Cheddar cheese
- Paprika
Instructions
- To prepare the sauce: Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and green onions.
- In a large baking dish, spread about 1/8 of the sauce. Top with the fish fillets and squeeze the lemon juice over. Sprinkle with the seasoning mixture and lemon pepper. Spread with the remaining sauce. Top with the cheese and sprinkle with the paprika.
- Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven 22 to 25 minutes, until the fish reaches 140 degrees on an instant-read thermometer.
