Shrimp: Easy Shrimp Scampi

List of Ingredients



• 1/4 lb. butter
  
• 4 Tbsp oil
  
• 1 clove chopped garlic
  
• 1/4 cup grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
  
• 1/4 cup white wine or beer
  
• 1 lb. peeled raw shrimp
  
• 1/2 tsp parsley
  
• .
  
• White rice, for serving
  






Instructions



1. Melt and mix all ingredients except shrimp in large saute pan. Add shrimp; cook until shrimp turns pink. Salt and pepper to taste.
   
   Serve over white rice.
