Lobster: Lobster Savannah

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small white onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 2 Tbsp chopped pimiento
- dash of salt and white pepper
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 4 lobsters, boiled
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
- In a large skillet, saute pepper and onion in butter; add mushrooms and flour. Heat the half-and-half separately and combine gradually to keep consistency smooth. Stir in the pimiento, salt, and white pepper.
- Cut lobsters in half; remove meat and cut into small pieces. Add the lobster meat and sherry to sauce and heat through.
- Scoop lobster mixture into lobster shells; top with the grated cheese and place in oven under broiler for a few minutes to brown.
