- -- Seasoning Mix --
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- .
- Nonstick vegetable spray
- 1-1/3 lbs. fish fillets, such as rockfish, snapper or cod
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Prepare the seasoning mix by combining the paprika, onion powder, dry mustard, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Spray a baking pan or broiler pan with the nonstick cooking spray. Place the fish on the pan and spray the top of the fish. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the fish, coating well.
- Bake in a preheated 450-degree oven 12 minutes per inch of thickness, or until done and an internal temperature reaches 140 degrees on an instant-read thermometer. Serve with lemon wedges.
Makes 4 servings.
