Prawns: Prawns in Sour Cream

List of Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2/3 lb. medium prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Put the butter into a sauté pan. Add the prawns, garlic and mushrooms; sauté on medium-high heat until butter bubbles and prawns turn pink.
- Add wine and simmer about 1 minute, or until prawns are opaque in the center (don't overcook).
- Remove pan from the heat. Stir in the green onion and sour cream. Place pan on medium-low heat and stir until heated through and lightly thickened.
Makes 2 servings.
