Shrimp: Broiled Shrimp

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Pickapeppa pepper sauce or other hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 pounds uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined

- French bread
Instructions
- Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.
- Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, pepper sauce, cayenne and salt. Let simmer 5 minutes.
- Pour over raw shrimp in a 9- x 13-inch pan. Place on next-to-lowest rack in oven. Broil 20 minutes, turning shrimp every 5 minutes, or until they turn pink.
Serve shrimp in juice with plenty of hot French bread to sop up the juices.
Makes 4 servings.
