Shrimp: Boiled Shrimp

List of Ingredients
- 4 quarts water
- 2 (3-ounce) packages boil-in-bag shrimp-and-crab boil
- 1 large lemon, halved
- 1 small onion
- 3 Tbsp salt
- 4 pounds unpeeled large fresh shrimp
Instructions
- Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil in a large Dutch oven over high heat. Cover and boil 3 to 4 minutes. Add shrimp; remove from heat. Cover and let stand 10 minutes. (Shrimp will turn pink, and shells will loosen slightly.) Drain, discarding lemon, onion, and boil bags.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Serve with:
SHRIMP SAUCE
• 2 cups mayonnaise
• 6 Tbsp catsup
• 4 tsp mustard
• 4 tsp lemon juice
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp garlic powder
Whisk together all ingredients.
Makes about 2½ cups.
