Shrimp: Garlic Shrimp II

List of Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 3/4 lb. small or medium shrimp, shelled but tails left on
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp dry sherry
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp dried red chili-pepper flakes
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp minced parsley
Instructions
- Heat the oil and butter in a shallow casserole or pan. Add the shrimp and garlic and saute over high heat for about 3 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and curled.
- Add the lemon juice, sherry, paprika, chili-pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately, preferably in the cooking dish bubbling hot.
Makes 6 servings.
