Shrimp: Grilled Shrimp

List of Ingredients
- 24 prawns in shell
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp fresh or canned tamarind paste
- Kosher or sea salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp fresh black peppercorns, crushed
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Wash and dry prawns.
- In a medium bowl, combine the garlic, cilantro, tamarind paste, salt and crushed peppercorns. Mix thoroughly. Whisk in lime juice and olive oil. Toss the shrimp in the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Prepare your grill. Grill shrimp for about 3 minutes on each side.
