Shrimp: Sizzling Garlic & Citrus Shrimp

- 24 jumbo shrimp (about 1-1/2 lbs.)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 10 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

- Garnishes: Citrus slices and additional cilantro
Instructions
- Peel shrimp, leaving the tails intact; devein. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in a large shallow nonreactive baking dish.
- Combine the butter, lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice, cilantro, garlic, salt and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix well. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp.
- Broil for 8 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink, turning once or twice. Serve over thin slices of French bread, or with hot cooked rice, orzo or angel hair pasta.
Garnish with citrus slices and additional cilantro.
