Snapper: Sauteed Red Snapper a la Disney

List of Ingredients
- Two 5- to 6-ounce red snapper fillets
- Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
- All-purpose flour, for dipping
- 2 large eggs, well beaten
- 6 Tbsp butter
- Juice of 1 lemon or lime
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 5 drops Worcestershire sauce

- Lemon wedges and parsley spray, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees (F). Season the snapper with salt and cracked black pepper to taste. Dip in flour, then in egg, being careful to coat well.
- Melt butter in hot skillet. Saute fish for about 2 minutes on each side. Place in oven and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove fish to warm platter.
- Place lemon or lime juice, parsley and Worcestershire sauce in skillet and cook 2 to 3 minutes. To serve, pour sauce over fish and garnish with lemon wedge and parsley.
