    Snapper: Sauteed Red Snapper a la Disney

    List of Ingredients


    • Two 5- to 6-ounce red snapper fillets
    • Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
    • All-purpose flour, for dipping
    • 2 large eggs, well beaten
    • 6 Tbsp butter
    • Juice of 1 lemon or lime
    • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
    • 5 drops Worcestershire sauce
    • .
    • Lemon wedges and parsley spray, for garnish


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees (F). Season the snapper with salt and cracked black pepper to taste. Dip in flour, then in egg, being careful to coat well.

    2. Melt butter in hot skillet. Saute fish for about 2 minutes on each side. Place in oven and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove fish to warm platter.

    3. Place lemon or lime juice, parsley and Worcestershire sauce in skillet and cook 2 to 3 minutes. To serve, pour sauce over fish and garnish with lemon wedge and parsley.

      Serves 2
