Swordfish: Glazed Swordfish

List of Ingredients
- 3 lbs. swordfish fillets
- 1/4 cup shoyu or any soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Rinse fish; pat dry. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl or plastic bag and blend well. Add fish and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or in the refrigerator all day or overnight).
- Set oven to broil.
- Grill fish for 3 to 4 minutes per side, turning once. Let stand for 10 minutes, then serve.
