    Swordfish: Glazed Swordfish

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 lbs. swordfish fillets
    • 1/4 cup shoyu or any soy sauce
    • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 1 Tbsp honey
    • 1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds


    Instructions


    1. Rinse fish; pat dry. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl or plastic bag and blend well. Add fish and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or in the refrigerator all day or overnight).

    2. Set oven to broil.

    3. Grill fish for 3 to 4 minutes per side, turning once. Let stand for 10 minutes, then serve.
