    Halibut: Tugboat Annie's Almond-Crusted Halibut

    List of Ingredients


    • -- Almond Crust Mix --
    • 2 cups almonds
    • 1 Tbsp flour
    • *
    • -- Cilantro Lime Butter --
    • 1/4 lb. soft butter
    • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
    • Juice of 1 lime
    • *
    • Halibut (your choice of cut), 6 to 8 ounces


    Instructions


    1. Puree the almond crust ingredients together in a food processor.

    2. Blend together the cilantro lime butter ingredients by hand or with a food processor.

    3. Coat both sides of the halibut with almond crust mix -- really work it in. Place in an oiled frying pan over medium heat. Cook on both sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.

      Top with cilantro lime butter and serve.
