Halibut: Zesty Halibut Tacos

List of Ingredients
- 8 to 12 (8-inch) corn or flour tortillas
- 1 lb. halibut fillet
- 1/4 tsp kosher or sea salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 head red cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 cup fresh salsa
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, stemmed
- 1 lime, quartered
Instructions
- Preheat oven or toaster oven to 325 degrees.
- Wrap tortillas in foil or a damp towel; place in the warm oven. Place a steamer basket over 1 inch of water in a deep saucepan. Add halibut, sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt and cumin, turn heat to high and cook until opaque, 8 to 10 minutes.
- While fish cooks, toss cabbage with salsa, onion and cilantro. When fish is ready, fill tortillas with cabbage-salsa mixture, add fish and serve at once.
