List of Ingredients
- -- Dough --
- 3 Tbsp yeast
- 3 cups hot water (95° to 100° F)
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 9 cups flour
- 3 tsp salt
- 1½ tsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp garlic salt
- .
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 1½ Tbsp oregano
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 12 cups cheese
- Toppings: (6 ounces each) pepperoni, Canadian bacon or ham, pineapple tidbits
Instructions
- Mix together yeast, hot water and oil; wait 5 minutes for yeast to activate and turn frothy on top. Stir yeast mixture and dry ingredients together. Add small amounts of water if dough is too dry. Mix or knead for 10 minutes, until dough is elastic.
- Line pizza pans with aluminum foil and sprinkle corn meal on top or spray with cooking spray. Divide dough into 4 parts. Roll out each pizza and top with cheese first (keeps dough from getting soggy). Mix tomato sauce, oregano and garlic, and pour on top of cheese. Pile on toppings; top again with cheese. Wrap pizza in plastic wrap or foil; put into freezer.
Yield: 4 large pizzas
TO BAKE:
