    Honey Barbecued Ribs

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 pounds country-style pork ribs
    • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
    • ½ tsp pepper
    • 1 cup catsup
    • ½ cup brown sugar
    • ½ cup honey
    • ¼ cup spicy brown mustard
    • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1½ tsp liquid smoke


    Instructions


    1. Place country-style ribs in the bottom of a large slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours. Drain.

    2. Reduce heat to LOW. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour over ribs in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours. Remove from slow cooker and allow to cool. Place in gallon freezer bag. Label and freeze.

      TO SERVE:
      Thaw. Heat until hot throughout.

      Makes 8 servings
      (or 2 batches of 4 servings)
