    Green Smoothie Protein Parfait

    Recipe Introduction

    "For years we refused to try Cade's green smoothies and protein shakes, but then he put the two together, and we all wanted seconds. Not only is it good for you, but it's fresh, flavorful, creamy, and helps keep you full all morning long."

    List of Ingredients

    â—¦  ½ cup milk (almond, rice or coconut milk are fine, too)
    â—¦  1 cup spinach
    â—¦  ½ cup frozen mango chunks
    â—¦  ¼ cup frozen banana slices
    â—¦  4 almonds
    â—¦  1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    â—¦  ½ cup granola
    â—¦  3 slices banana

    Recipe

    In a blender, in this order, add the milk, spinach, mango, frozen bananas, almonds, and protein powder.

    Blend until completely smooth and then pour in a parfait dish or glass.

    Top with ½ cup granola and three banana slices.

    Serves 1
