List of Ingredients

â—¦  1 pint strawberries, stemmed and sliced
â—¦  1 large cucumber, roughly peeled and sliced thin
â—¦  2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
â—¦  2 tablespoons honey


Recipe

Arrange strawberries and cucumbers in a bowl, layering one over the other in a fan shape.

In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey, then drizzle over sliced berries and cucumbers.
Serve immediately.
