    Bananas and Cream

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 firm bananas
    • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
    • 1/3 cup brown sugar
    • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 2 Tbsp light rum
    • 1 Tbsp banana liqueur
    • 1 cup heavy cream


    Instructions


    1. Slice bananas lengthwise and place them in a baking dish. Dot them with butter.

    2. Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle the bananas with the brown sugar mixture. Add rum and banana liqueur.

    3. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees (F). Serve bananas and pan sauce in individual bowls. Pour cream over each serving.
