Recipe Introduction
"This is one of those recipes that regardless of how many you make there will never be enough. They will literally disappear before your eyes. The melted spicy butter with the ham and Swiss cheese is a proven irresistible combination."
List of Ingredients
• ½ cup (4 ounces) salted butter, softened
• ½ small onion, minced
• 1½ tsp poppy seeds
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 (24-ounce) packages sweet dinner rolls (such as King's Hawaiian)
• 1 pound thinly sliced deli ham, chopped
• 6 ounces Swiss cheese slices
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Beat the butter, onion, poppy seeds, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce with an electric mixer at medium speed until blended.
Remove the rolls from the packages. (Do not separate the rolls.) Cut the rolls in half horizontally, creating one top and one bottom per package. Return the bottom halves of the rolls to the pans; spread the butter mixture evenly over the bottom halves.
Top with the ham, cheese, and remaining halves of rolls. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
