    Russian Tea

    Paula Deen's Christmas (2010 Special Issue)

    List of Ingredients

    • 2 cups instant green tea mix
    • 2 cups powdered orange drink mix
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
    • ½ tsp ground cloves
    • ¼ tsp ground ginger

    Recipe

    In a medium bowl, add tea mix, orange drink mix, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger. Store in airtight containers.

    To Use:
    Combine 1 to 2 tablespoons tea mix with 1 cup boiling water, stirring to dissolve. Garnish with lemon slices and cloves, if desired.

    Makes about 5 cups.
