    Christmas: Chocolate Christmas Chestnuts

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. peanut butter
    • 1 lb. butter
    • 3 lbs. confectioner's sugar
    • 12 ounces chocolate
    • 2 Tbsp paraffin


    Instructions


    1. Cream the butter and peanut butter together. Add sugar; stir. Form the mixture into balls.

    2. In the top of a double boiler, melt chocolate and paraffin.

    3. Spear each ball with a toothpick and dip into the melted chocolate mixture. Place on waxed paper to set.

      Chill in the refrigerator.
