Christmas: Chocolate Christmas Chestnuts

List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs. peanut butter
- 1 lb. butter
- 3 lbs. confectioner's sugar
- 12 ounces chocolate
- 2 Tbsp paraffin
Instructions
- Cream the butter and peanut butter together. Add sugar; stir. Form the mixture into balls.
- In the top of a double boiler, melt chocolate and paraffin.
- Spear each ball with a toothpick and dip into the melted chocolate mixture. Place on waxed paper to set.
Chill in the refrigerator.
