List of Ingredients



• 1/4 cup maple syrup
  
• 1/4 cup catsup
  
• 2 tsp minced onions
  
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  
• 2 Tbsp prepared mustard
  
• 1/4 tsp fresh grated lemon peel
  
• 1 tsp ground ginger, or 2 tsp fresh grated ginger
  






Instructions



1. Mix all the ingredients together and spread on top and sides of ham. You can put this on top of cloves stuck into the ham, then bake as usual.
