• 1/3 cup cherry preserves
  
• 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  
• 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
  
• 1/8 tsp salt
  
• 1 (16-ounce) Brie round (rind removed from top)
  
• Chopped toasted pecans

• Crackers, for serving
  






Instructions



1. Stir together cherry preserves, balsamic vinegar, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Drizzle over warm Brie round. Top with chopped toasted pecans.
   Serve with crackers.
   
   Serves 8
