- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 (16-ounce) Brie round (rind removed from top)
- Chopped toasted pecans

Instructions
- Stir together cherry preserves, balsamic vinegar, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Drizzle over warm Brie round. Top with chopped toasted pecans.
Serve with crackers.
