Christmas: Cranberry Brie Bites

- Nonstick cooking spray
- Flour
- 1 (8-ounce) package crescent roll dough
- 1 (8-ounce) wheel Brie
- ½ cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- 6 sprigs of rosemary, cut into 1-inch pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375° F and grease two mini-muffin pans with cooking spray.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the crescent dough and pinch together seams.
- Cut the dough into 24 squares and place one square into each muffin cup.
- Cut the Brie into small pieces (larger pieces will spill over when cooked) and place one inside each of the dough squares. Top each with a spoonful of cranberry sauce, some chopped pecans, and a small sprig of rosemary.
- Bake the Brie bites until the pastry is golden, about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
