Christmas: Irish Coffee Nog

List of Ingredients



• 2 quarts vanilla ice cream
  
• 1 quart eggnog
  
• 2 cups hot brewed coffee
  
• ½ cup Irish cream liqueur (or flavored syrup)
  
• ½ cup Irish whiskey (optional)
  
• Garnishes: sweetened whipped cream, ground nutmeg, mint candy sticks
  






Instructions



1. Scoop ice cream into a punch bowl. Add eggnog, coffee, Irish cream liqueur and, if desired, whiskey. Stir until ice cream melts slightly. Serve in glass mugs. Garnish, if desired. Serve immediately.
   
   Makes 12 cups.
