Christmas: Pineapple-Glazed Ham

- One 10-pound smoked ham
- 3 Tbsp whole cloves
- 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1½ cups firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1 cup bourbon
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Remove skin and excess fat from ham. Score ham in a diamond design, and insert cloves at 1-inch intervals. Place ham in an aluminum foil-lined roasting pan.
- Stir together pineapple and remaining 4 ingredients; pour over ham. Cover and chill 8 hours.
- Bake at 350° F for 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
