    Easter: Bunny Tail Peach Bellinis

    Source of Recipe

From "Picnics, Potlucks, and Porch Parties" by Aimee Broussard

    List of Ingredients

    • 2½ ounces peach schnapps
    • 4 ounces Champagne
    • 1½ ounces vodka
    • 8 ounces frozen sliced peaches
    • 1 cup ice

    Instructions

    1. In a blender, combine peach schnapps, Champagne, and vodka.
Drop frozen peaches into blender with ice. Close lid, and blend on high for about 30 seconds, or until smooth. Pour into three or four tall glasses.

      Serves 3 or 4

      • Bellini Cottontails:
Easily create bunny "tails" for your Bellinis by adding white pom poms or cotton balls to the bottom of the glasses with a bit of hot glue. Don't worry about ruining your glasses; the hot glue isn't permanent, and will easily peel off at the end of the day. Cutely decorated beverages aren't just for kids!
