Easter: Ham Baked in Cola with Mustard Crust

List of Ingredients
- One 5-lb. fully cooked boneless ham
- One 2-liter bottle cola
- 1-1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1-1/4 cups bread crumbs
Instructions
- Place ham in a deep roasting pan and pour about half of cola over and around it. Bake in a preheated 350° F oven 15 minutes per pound, basting occasionally with fresh cola.
- Remove ham from the pan. Cool slightly, and remove the skin. Combine 2 tablespoons of the cola with the mustard. Rub onto the top and side surfaces of the ham; rub in brown sugar. Press bread crumbs onto the surface.
- Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan and bake in a preheated 325° F oven 30 minutes, or until the coating is golden.
Makes 20 servings.
