Halloween: Green Ghoul Punch

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 (3-ounce) package lime-flavored gelatin
- 2 cups cold white grape juice
- 1 (2-liter) bottle cold ginger ale
- 1 quart pineapple sherbet
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil over high heat. Cook until the sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, and whisk in gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Stir in juice. Cool to room temperature. Cover, and refrigerate.
- To serve:
Pour into punch bowl, and add ginger ale and sherbet. Serve immediately.
Makes about 1 gallon.
