    Halloween: Green Ghoul Punch

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups water
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 (3-ounce) package lime-flavored gelatin
    • 2 cups cold white grape juice
    • 1 (2-liter) bottle cold ginger ale
    • 1 quart pineapple sherbet


    Instructions


    1. In a small saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil over high heat. Cook until the sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes.

    2. Remove from heat, and whisk in gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Stir in juice. Cool to room temperature. Cover, and refrigerate.

    3. To serve:
      Pour into punch bowl, and add ginger ale and sherbet. Serve immediately.

      Makes about 1 gallon.
