Christmas: Kahlua Pecan Pie

List of Ingredients



• 1 (9-inch) prepared pastry crust
  
• 3 Tbsp butter, melted
  
• 1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
  
• 3 eggs
  
• 1/4 tsp salt
  
• 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  
• 1/3 cup dark corn syrup
  
• 1/3 cup Kahlua
  
• 1 cup pecans, chopped
  






Instructions



1. With a whisk, lightly beat eggs and add brown sugar, butter and salt. Blend well. Add syrups and Kahlua. Blend. Add pecans and blend again.
   
   
2. Pour into prepared pastry crust and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes, or until set.
   
   Cool. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
