New Year's: Caviar Dip

List of Ingredients
- 6 ounces whipped cream cheese, at room temperature
- 3 ounces sour cream
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated onion
- 1½ Tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
- Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- 2 ounces black caviar or natural red salmon caviar
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese with the sour cream in a small bowl.
Gently fold in the lemon juice, onion, dill, and pepper until well blended. Fold in the caviar carefully. Refrigerate until needed.
Makes about 1 cup.
