    New Year's: Caviar Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 ounces whipped cream cheese, at room temperature
    • 3 ounces sour cream
    • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    • 1 tsp grated onion
    • 1½ Tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
    • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
    • 2 ounces black caviar or natural red salmon caviar


    Instructions


    1. Mix the cream cheese with the sour cream in a small bowl.
      Gently fold in the lemon juice, onion, dill, and pepper until well blended. Fold in the caviar carefully. Refrigerate until needed.

      Makes about 1 cup.
