    Valentine's Day: Sautéed Garlic Asparagus

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 1 bunch (about ½ pound) fresh asparagus, tough ends removed
    • ½ tsp kosher salt
    • ½ tsp ground black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the butter is melted, add the garlic, asparagus spears, salt and pepper.

    2. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until the asparagus is tender, about 10 minutes.

      Makes 4 servings.
