Thanksgiving: Cranberry Sherry Reduction

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups finely chopped fresh cranberries
- 1 cup whole fresh cranberries
- 1 cup dry sherry
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp sugar
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries and sherry. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer until sherry reduces by half, 5 to 10 minutes. (Recipe can be made ahead at this point.)
- Just before serving, add butter and sugar, whisking well to combine. Serve immediately.
Makes approximately 3 cups.
