    Thanksgiving: Cranberry Sauce

    From "The Fannie Farmer Cookbook" by Marion Cunningham

    List of Ingredients

    ◦ 12 ounces fresh cranberries
    ◦ 1 cup water
    ◦ 1 cup sugar, or more to taste

    Recipe

    Wash the cranberries.
    Bring the water to a boil, then add the cranberries and sugar.

    Cook for 10 minutes or until the skins pop. Skim off the white froth and cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Serves 8
