    Thanksgiving: Sugar-Glazed Ham

    List of Ingredients


    • One fully cooked bone-in ham (5 to 7 pounds)
    • 1 cup packed brown sugar
    • 2 tsp prepared mustard
    • 1 to 2 Tbsp cider vinegar


    Instructions


    1. Score ham about ½-inch deep with a sharp knife. Place ham on a rack in a shallow baking pan.

    2. Bake at 325° F for 2 to 2½ hours (20 minutes per pound).

    3. Combine brown sugar, mustard, and enough vinegar to make a thick paste. During the last hour of baking, brush glaze on ham every 15 minutes.

      Makes 10 to 14 servings.
