Valentine's Day: Chocolate Mascarpone Fondue

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 pound milk chocolate, chopped
- 1-1/4 cups cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 2 ounces Jack Daniel's, Grand Marnier, or your favorite liqueur
- 1 cinnamon stick

- Pound cake, cut in cubes
- Assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, apple or banana chunks)
- Marshmallows
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except cake, fruits and marshmallows in medium bowl. Place over pot of simmering water. Heat until melted, smooth and warm, stirring often. Remove from heat. Keep warm.
Serve with cake and/or fruit, such as strawberries, banana slices, or bing cherries, and/or marshmallows for dippers.
