List of Ingredients



• 3 cups half-and-half
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 3 cups whipping cream
  
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
  






Instructions



1. Mix half-and-half with sugar and beat until sugar is dissolved. Add whipping cream and vanilla, and mix well. Cool mixture to 40° F in your refrigerator.
   
   Transfer formula into the ice cream freezer and follow manufacturer's instructions.
   
   Makes about 2 quarts.
